Terms of Service
I take PayPal and KoFi payments (fees may apply)I do NOT accept refunds, all sales are final.Designs will be cross-posted on other platforms such as Discord, Instagram and Toyhouse, but auctions will be updated by me personally if bids are recieved from these platforms.I retain the right to post/share the design (my art only) as examples for future advertisement within my portfolio.Serious bids/ABs only, removing bids will result in being blacklisted.Heavy referencing or theft of my designs will not be tolerated.Hold lengths may be discussed depending on total amount to pay, I'm willing to seek compromise if I'm able to!You may resell or trade my designs whenever you wish, but never for more than it was bought for unless there are extra pieces added to add to the worth!I have the right to refuse service at my own discretion before payment is made.Once a design is purchased you may make any changes you’d like.My adopt base is my own so please do not trace; I’m ok with taking inspiration though!You will only own the design/art when you have fully paid off your payment plan, if you do not pay it in full within the time period agreed upon, I retain the rights to resell the design and any upfront payments will NOT be refunded (I will do my absolute best to compromise if there is an emergency during your payment plan, but I can't refund at any point, sales are final).
Winning Bid or Auto Buying
You will be replied to in the comments or DM where your bid/ab was placed and I will request to speak to you privately via DM so that we can complete payment and character transfers.If I don’t hear back from you within 24 hours of messaging/replying to your comment, I will reopen the character auction.By purchasing any of my designs you are automatically consenting to my terms of service.

By commissioning me you are automatically consenting to these Terms of ServicePayments are to be completed after sketch is drawn out and approved (sketch will be watermarked).I accept PayPal or KoFi (fees may apply).Once I've sketched and you've paid, I will not be able to offer and refund.Any art I create I retain the rights to use as future commission/portfolio examples, if I am able to credit/link back to your profile I will :)Do not harass me to speed up or message me repeatedly regarding the commission.Time of Completion will vary depending on size and complexity of commission; I aim to complete any commission in under 14 days, but if I know this won't be possible I'll let you know directly!You MUST have a FULL COLOUR, DIGITAL reference of the character(s) you are commissioning me to draw.I will ask if you'd like a specific expression/pose, but I am willing to take creative liberties if you're unsure.Commission pricing will be listed in the post regarding their opening.My commissions are for personal use ONLY, unless directly discussed otherwise.Please only post watermarked versions of the artwork if you can, or at least keep my credit somewhere visible!I have the right to refuse service for any reason before payment.I will not tolerate and kind of abuse or harassment, you will be instantly blocked and blacklisted.
